Firebowl Coaching & Consulting
ADHD Support for real life, real families and real workplaces.
Firebowl helps adults, parents and organisations reduce overwhelm, improve connection and build sustainable ways of working.
For parents of ADHD children
Parenting a child with ADHD can feel relentless, emotional and isolating. Firebowl helps parents better understand ADHD, reduce conflict at home and support their child with confidence.
Family coaching supports young people (13+) to better understand themselves, learn how to manage their ADHD symptoms with effective personal tools and techniques, gain confidence, reduce shame and take more responsibility.
We focus on:
- Understanding the root causes of stress and frustration and building a shared language.
- Emotional regulation and finding better ways to connect calmly and bring everyone along.
- Helping the young person step into their power without shame and start to shape their own future.
- Improving confidence, happiness, hope, identity and direction for your whole family.
- learning about different ways that they can support themselves.

Why I created Firebowl?
I’m an ADHD coach, life coach and culture consultant with over 30 years experience working in business and with individuals.
I’ve had the huge privilege of helping people of all ages get unstuck and find their way through personal and professional challenges. Plus enabling organisations to connect meaningfully and communicate more clearly, creating environments where everyone can thrive.
My work today is shaped by both my professional experience and my personal life. As a solo mum of three neurodivergent children, and discovering my own ADHD later in life, I understand what it means to live and work outside the “expected” systems. I know how exhausting it can be to feel like you don’t quite fit, and how powerful it is when things finally start to make sense.
Firebowl brings all of this together. It’s a space where people can feel heard, understood and supported, whether that’s individuals finding their confidence and power, families navigating ADHD, or organisations building cultures where everyone can contribute and belong.
Testimonials
“Jess creates a coaching space that feels safe, structured, and genuinely supportive. The sessions helped me build self-understanding, emotional maturity and confidence, not just in my personal life, but at work too. The notes and accountability were invaluable, especially with ADHD, and I’ve taken so much from this process that I’ll carry forward long-term.”
“What stood out most about working with Jess was how holistic the coaching felt. It wasn’t just about goals or productivity, it was about understanding myself, setting boundaries, and learning to be kinder to my brain. I wouldn’t be where I am now without this support.”
"We hugely valued the time with Jess. It has enabled us to reframe ADHD as a superpower and to better support our son to be the best he can be."
"Your sessions were more helpful than our clinical psychologist"
